Lifrica, operated by TGCX Fintech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with CIN: U66190GJ2024PTC152724 and having its registered office at 304, Venus Benecia Pakvan, S.G. Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380054, is committed to protecting children and preventing all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation ("CSAE") on our platform.
We do not tolerate any content or behaviour that harms or risks harming children. These Child Safety and CSAE Standards explain what is prohibited, how to report a concern, and what we do once a report reaches us.
Lifrica explicitly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of a child (a person under 18 years of age).
- Grooming or attempting to groom children for sexual purposes.
- Requesting, sharing, generating, promoting, or facilitating Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM") in any form, including images, videos, text, audio, live streams, or links.
- Sexual extortion, coercion, trafficking, or any other exploitative conduct involving minors.
You may not use Lifrica to create, upload, post, share, promote, sell, purchase, or otherwise distribute CSAE content, or to target or exploit children in any way.
If you encounter any content or behaviour on Lifrica that you believe involves Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation or Child Sexual Abuse Material, you must report it to us immediately.
How to report

Please do not send illegal content to our support channels. Describe the issue instead and give us the details we need to act, such as usernames, group names, links and timestamps.
What we do after a report
- Promptly review the report and, where appropriate, remove the reported content from our systems.
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Standards.
- Where legally required or appropriate, report suspected CSAM and the relevant information to applicable law enforcement agencies or recognised hotlines.
- Preserve relevant data and logs, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, to support investigations and legal processes. Read the Privacy Policy
Lifrica operates in accordance with applicable child protection, online safety and mandatory reporting laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. Where required by law, we may:
- Disclose account and usage information to competent authorities.
- Preserve information pursuant to legal process.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and recognised child protection organisations to combat CSAE and CSAM.
All users of Lifrica must comply with these Standards alongside our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use of Services and Privacy Policy.
You must not
- Use Lifrica to endanger, exploit or otherwise harm children.
- Share, request or attempt to access CSAM or any content that sexualises minors.
- Use Lifrica to groom, coerce, threaten or blackmail children or their guardians.
Enforcement actions we may take
- Removal of the offending content.
- Restrictions on certain features of your account.
- Suspension or permanent termination of your Lifrica account.
- Reporting to law enforcement or other competent authorities, as permitted or required by law.

Lifrica is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and you must be at least 18 years old to use or access the Application. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to create accounts or use Lifrica without the appropriate consent where it is required.
If we become aware that we have processed the information of a child under 18 without valid consent, or that our platform is being used to facilitate CSAE, we will take appropriate action, including deleting that data and reporting to the authorities where required.

If there is any inconsistency between these Standards and another Lifrica policy on child safety or CSAE, these Child Safety and CSAE Standards prevail in relation to CSAE and CSAM matters.
