Lifrica, operated by TGCX Fintech Private Limited, is committed to protecting children and preventing all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We do not tolerate any content or behaviour that harms or risks harming children.

Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Lifrica explicitly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of a child (a person under 18 years of age).
  • Grooming or attempting to groom children for sexual purposes.
  • Requesting, sharing, generating, promoting, or facilitating Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, text, audio, live streams, or links.
  • Sexual extortion, coercion, trafficking, or any other exploitative conduct involving minors.
Users may not use Lifrica to create, upload, post, share, promote, sell, purchase, or otherwise distribute CSAE content, or to target or exploit children in any way.

Handling of CSAM and Reporting

If you encounter any content or behaviour on Lifrica that you believe involves Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), you must report it immediately.

How to report

  • Use the in-app reporting or help and support options, where available.
  • Contact our support team at support@lifrica.com.
  • Reach us through our contact page at https://www.lifrica.com/contact.

What Lifrica may do after a report

  • Promptly review and, where appropriate, remove the reported content from our systems.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
  • Where legally required or appropriate, report suspected CSAM and relevant information to applicable law enforcement agencies or recognized hotlines.
  • Preserve relevant data and logs, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, to support investigations and legal processes.

Lifrica does not permit users to send illegal content to our support channels. Please describe the issue and provide relevant details such as usernames, group names, and timestamps instead.

Compliance With Child Protection Laws

Lifrica operates in accordance with applicable child protection, online safety, and mandatory reporting laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. Where required by law, we may:

  • Disclose account and usage information to competent authorities.
  • Preserve information pursuant to legal process.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement and recognized child protection organizations to combat CSAE and CSAM.

User Responsibilities and Enforcement

All users of Lifrica must comply with these Child Safety and CSAE Standards, our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

You must not

  • Use Lifrica to endanger, exploit, or otherwise harm children.
  • Share, request, or attempt to access CSAM or any content that sexualizes minors.
  • Use Lifrica to groom, coerce, threaten, or blackmail children or their guardians.

Possible enforcement actions

  • Removal of offending content.
  • Restrictions on certain features.
  • Suspension or permanent termination of your Lifrica account.
  • Reporting to law enforcement or other competent authorities, as permitted or required by law.

Age Restrictions and Children's Data

Lifrica is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and users must be at least 18 years old to use or access the application. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to create accounts or use Lifrica without appropriate consent where required.

If we become aware that we have processed information of a child under 18 without valid consent, or that our platform is being used to facilitate CSAE, we will take appropriate action including deletion of such data and reporting to authorities where required.
