TGCX Fintech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with CIN: U66190GJ2024PTC152724 and having its registered office at 304, Venus Benecia Pakvan, S.G. Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380054, operates the digital platform Lifrica (the "Platform" or "Application") and offers, among other things, a paid, non-recurring membership programme on the Platform (the "Membership Programme"). This is an agreement between you ("User", "You" or "your") and the Company.
This Policy supplements, and should be read together with, the Company's Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use of Services, and Privacy Policy (each available on the Platform). In the event of any conflict between this document and the aforesaid policies with respect to the Membership Programme, this document shall prevail to the extent of such conflict; all other provisions of those policies (including but not limited to Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution) shall continue to apply.
The Membership Fee for each Tier is payable once, at the time of enrolment. It is not a recurring, monthly, or annual charge, and the Company does not auto-debit or re-bill a Member for continued access to a Tier already enrolled in.
Payment of the Membership Fee entitles the Member to the Benefits of the relevant Tier for as long as the Membership subsists, in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions.

As on the Effective Date, the Membership Fee for each Tier is as follows. The Company may revise these amounts prospectively.
- Silver: USD 10/- (Ten United States Dollars only) (or its equivalent in the applicable local currency, as displayed on the Platform at checkout), payable on open, self-service purchase.
- Gold: USD 100/- (One Hundred United States Dollars only) (or its equivalent in the applicable local currency, as displayed on the Platform at checkout), payable on open, self-service purchase.
- Platinum: USD 1,000/- (One Thousand United States Dollars only) (or its equivalent in the applicable local currency, as displayed on the Platform at checkout), payable on open, self-service purchase.
- Supreme: the Membership Fee for the Supreme Tier is not published on the Platform and is communicated individually by the Company to an invited User at the time the invitation is extended. The Company reserves the right to determine the Supreme Tier fee on a case-by-case basis.
All Membership Fees stated above are exclusive of applicable taxes (including but not limited to goods and services tax), unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout in accordance with applicable law.
Where a Membership Fee is displayed or paid in a currency other than the Company's base currency, the converted amount may be subject to foreign exchange rates and conversion charges applied by the User's bank, card issuer, or payment provider, over which the Company has no control.
Membership Fees are accepted through the payment methods supported on the Platform from time to time — which may include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, mobile wallets, or other electronic payment options — processed through licensed payment gateways or payment aggregators.
The Company reserves the right to revise the Membership Fee applicable to any Tier at its discretion, including in response to changes in Benefits, operating costs, or market conditions.
Any revision to the Membership Fee shall apply prospectively only, to new enrolments made after the revised fee takes effect. A revision to the Membership Fee for a Tier does not affect, and shall not be construed as requiring any additional payment from, a Member who has already paid the Membership Fee applicable at the time of their enrolment.
The Company will publish the then-current Membership Fees on the Platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable fee before completing enrolment.
The Company may, at its discretion, offer promotional pricing, introductory discounts, or coupon-based pricing for the Silver, Gold or Platinum Tier for a limited period or to a limited set of Users. Any such promotional pricing is subject to its own specific terms (including eligibility and validity period) communicated at the time of the offer, and does not entitle a Member to a repeat or ongoing discount.
Because enrolment in the Supreme Tier is by invitation only, the Company may, at its discretion, determine or vary the Membership Fee communicated to a specific invited User, including based on factors such as the nature of the invitation or any bespoke Benefits offered. Such individualised pricing does not create any obligation on the Company to offer the same fee to any other User.
Save as set out in this Policy, Membership Fees are fixed and non-negotiable, and the Company is under no obligation to match, price-adjust, or otherwise vary a published Membership Fee for an individual User.
This Pricing Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the Governing Law and Jurisdiction clause of the Terms of Use of Services.
